Booking Procedure

Your contract is with DIVINE HOLIDAYS. This contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour / hotel booking / or any other travel related services of your choice and we have received your booking request and deposits. All correspondence/s in respect of tours / travel service bookings should be addressed to M/S. DIVINE HOLIDAYS.

Payments Procedure

The services contracted, 50% advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a confirmed basis and the balance amount should be paid 15 daysbefore commencement of your tour. we hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the nature of services and the time left for the commencement of the services. Apart from the above in some cases like Flight/ hotel or resort bookings during the high peak tourist season (or any festival) full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by Credit/Debit card through our secured online payment gateway system, by bank transfer or UPI. All payments should be free and clear of any withholding tax and deduction. bank charges, if any, for remittance (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

To confirm the booking Payment schedule:

Departure after 15 days:

1) At the time of Confirmation: Token amount (advised by the Divine Holidays Team, in case of flights in the package full amount of ticket is required)

2) Land package to be cleared 15 days before the departure. (In case of non-refundable hotels or few destinations or cruise bookings full amount is required before the deadline mentioned - Rate of exchange difference applicable)

Departure within 15 days:

1) At the time of Confirmation full amount is required.

2) Any payment within the bracket of 10 days from departure should not to be through cheque (other bank).

Rights To Amend the Itinerary If Required

Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary finalized. in case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well-being of our esteemed passengers.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing. cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be intimated to us on followed by a written confirmation via email. Cancellation will not be accepted as ‘cancellation phone request’. The cancellation in case of group booking should be made at least 30 days prior to the date of commencement of the trip. For Christmas, New year, Diwali & other important festivals the normal cancellation policy does not apply and payments for against bookings during such busy period are considered as non-refundable. please check with our travel consultants at the time of booking for such cancellation policy for special event tours. No cancellation or changes are allowed after departure.

Cancellation Charges Per Person Will Be Applicable as Follows:

PLEASE NOTE -Irrespective of above-mentioned cancellations slabs - in case of cancellation of tour servicesafter the booking is made with us - a minimum 10% service chargeswould be applicable (subject to be the severity of the case on the moral grounds).

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, refund would be restricted to a limited amount that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility to refund.

Refund

In regard to refund of unused / unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. please note that the refund process may take 14 days due to banking procedures. if the refund is made to the credit card account or to bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Terms & Conditions – (Covid19)

Guests arriving from restricted countries or regions will be required to share detailed information, as prescribed by the ministry of tourism’s protocols, prior to arrival, should carry vaccination certificate or a negative covid-19 rt-pcr report; test must be conducted within 72 hrs. prior to the arrival.

  • To ensure safety, mandatory thermal temperature check is done to each guest before check-in.
  • The management reserves the right to accept/deny any bookings, subject to corona virus medical history or any other issues pertaining to the same.
  • Access to swimming pool and spa are subject to government norms.
  • All guests shall wear face mask compulsory in general and hotel lobby and other tourist place common areas.

Health

Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel, any person found during the tour with such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.

Arrival & Departure Hotel & Resorts Departure Policy: (3/4/5 Star Category)

Check-in time is 1200 - 1400 hours while check-out time is 1000 - 1200 hours for all hotels & resorts. early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the hotel policy.

It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. such documents can be either an Indian Aadhaar card, Indian driver’s license, Indian voter id card or Indian or international passport. (Please note, pan card or any company & student id card is not acceptable all hotels & resorts reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.) the primary age for all the guests must be at least 18 years, to check -in all hotels & resorts.

Visitors are not allowed inside the guest room after 21:00 hrs. (visitors registration is required) your safety and security are our paramount concern

Arrival & Departure Houseboat Policy:

(If provided with itinerary) is 12.00 noon check in and 09.00 hrs next day check out. early arrival is subject to availability.

For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night. later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / payment. we can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the policy of the hotel, time of the year and availability of the room.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the govt. of India, the same would be charged as extra.

Divine Holidays

Act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, and the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or while on the trail. we reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants' safety, comfort & general well-being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. hotels and airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. in case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. all hotel bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programmed or expenses incurred - directly or indirectly - due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.

The penalty for name changes and date change will incur as per the airline and the destination. If there is any additional airport / Airline tax charged by the any airport / Airline at any destination, the customer shall bear the same. Divine Holidays shall not be liable for the same.

Divine Holidays reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to any or all Divine Holidays websites or its other sales channels and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any reason what so ever.

We will strongly recommend all the passengers to check the flight schedule prior to the departure of flight, even if the tickets issued by Divine Holidays. Customer must call airline directly a day before and on the day of departure and cross check all timings. Divine Holidays will not be responsible in case if customer misses his flight due to change of time. In such cases, customer will bear complete loss of flight and package.

The rates are subject to availability of airfare, accommodation, class of booking on the airline and sightseeing tours at the time of booking. Any price increment in the mentioned things will be borne by the customer.

In case if passenger is No Show/offloaded by the Airline for any reasons, the booking shall be considered as no show and no refund shall be made against any of the services booked through Divine Holidays.

It is important to note that lead passenger in the name of the booking has been made need to be present at the hotel while checking in. In case the lead passenger is not able to travel, he must give Signed Authority letter along with copy of his passport for the hotel to provide check in to rest of the family members.

If due to delay or cancelation of flight, if the sightseeing (s)/ services are missed, the same service will be considered as unutilized service and no refund shall be made for the same.

If due to delay or cancelation of flight, you do not appear in the hotel/ transfers at the specified time, Divine Holidays will not be responsible for the same. The same shall be treated as no show.

We strongly suggest our customer to carry hard copy of complete Vouchers provided by Divine Holidays to present the hotel and avail the services through the booking reference number. In case you do not present the vouchers at the hotel while checking in, Hotel can deny your booking and may not allow you to check in the hotel. In such situations Divine Holidays will not be responsible for the same.

All the sightseeing tours and excursions are organized by local companies of various destinations. The timings and days of operation are subject to alteration. Changes, if any, will be informed accordingly.

Divine Holidays reserves the right to use an alternate accommodation or airfare of an equal or higher standard. The same shall be determined basis the reviews and ratings of the hotel placed on the internet.

Hotel star category is as per internet standardization and Divine Holidays is not liable for same.

Seat-in-coach transfers are on fixed timings (Please report at the meeting point min 15 minutes prior to the pickup time). Divine Holidays will not be responsible for any delay from the customers end.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice as per the Airline / hotel policy.

Bookings once confirmed are subject to cancellation charges which shall be advised at the time of making booking.

Flight cancellation charges will depend on Airlines. INR 500/- Per Person will be applicable extra as Divine Holidays service fee. In case the name provided by the customer to book any ticket / hotel is not as per the passport, the customer will bear the charges for changing the name. We strongly recommend to mail us a scanned copy of passport or any valid Indian ID proof before booking a ticket / hotel.

Any flight cancellation / rescheduling / departure delay or any changes in flights is purely subject to airlines management discussion. Any charge in airfare increase / decrease / rescheduling is to be borne by the client as Divine Holidays do not hold any guarantee on same.

Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Visa etc. will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.

In case of any payment made on the online link through the Net Banking, credit or debit cards there will be a transaction fee of the total booking amount. This amount is completely non-refundable in case of ANY/ALL cancellations, refunds etc. at any given point of time. This payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless there is a waiver commitment from Divine Holidays in writing. We strongly recommend all our customers to take all the details in writing through our official id.

The airfares and taxes are calculated as on a mentioned date and time and any increase in the taxes or airfares will be borne by the customer.

After confirmation of services, if any one wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes to be made must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by yourself.

You, or any member of your party, may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the peprson who made the booking must be received at our office. The applicable cancellation charges are as per the published cancellation policy which is: Cancellation charges per person.

Sightseeing’s tours are strictly based on weather conditions and also local service providers have rights to cancel the sightseeing tours without prior notice.

Divine Holidays will not be held responsible for any misbehaviour/damage done by guest while on tour.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting - directly or indirectly - from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. all baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Passports & Visas

To travel to India from overseas countries except for the citizen of Nepal & Bhutan, one needs a 06 months valid passport and a valid visa. and processing of passport and visa are not included in the tour cost.

Local Taxi Terms and Conditions:

The kilometres and hours will be calculated from our office to office

All local usage (with in city limit only) in case, if it is more than 8 hrs 80 kms extra payment have to pay according to extra kms & extra hours

Ac will not work in hilly area

Local driving after 10.00 pm and before 6.00 am (rs.500.00) extra payable for night driving bata

Additional 40 kms charges will be paid in case of pick up or drop from City airport

Final rental amount will be calculated based on total mileage and distance from our office to office

Vehicles rented should not be used for any illegal activities as per law

We are not responsible for any loss of your luggage.

Outstation Taxi Terms and Conditions

The kilometres and hours will be calculated from our office to office

All outstation billing calendar’s days - minimum 300kms per day billing

Toll & parking fee, inter-state permit charges extra should be borne by customer

All outstation service driver bata is applicable from 6-00am to 10-00pm

All outstation service before 06.00 am and after 10.00pm driver bata is additional

Guests are requested to plan their time for the itinerary of the day, driver will not be responsible for any inability to cover all the items on the itinerary due to delays / extra time spent in any place visited

Vehicles rented for the purpose of outstation services cannot be used on local trips

Final rental amount will be calculated based on total mileage and distance from our office to office

All disputes are subject to District/State jurisdiction

Ac will not work in hilly area

Vehicles rented should not be used for any illegal activities as per law

We are not responsible for any loss of your luggage
